This page explains what information Glass collects, how it is used, when it may be shared, and how to contact us about privacy requests.

1. Scope
Glass is operated by Allyson Inc ("Allyson," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy applies to the Glass mobile app, related websites, support channels, and services that link to it.
2. Information You Provide
Information you provide may include your name, email address, phone number, sign-in details from supported providers, profile details, skincare goals, product selections, routine entries, support messages, feature requests, and any other information or content you choose to submit.
3. Photos, Chat, and Health Data
Glass lets you submit selfies, progress photos, scan images, chat messages, and image attachments. If you grant permission, Glass may also read Apple Health data such as steps, active calories, distance, flights climbed, sleep, and workouts to add wellness context to your results. We use Apple Health data only to provide and improve Glass features, not for advertising.
4. Device, Usage, and Tracking Data
We may collect device identifiers, IP-address-derived information, app and screen activity, purchase and subscription state, referral or campaign data, crash or diagnostic data, logs, and network telemetry. We also use analytics and session-replay tools that may record how screens render and how you interact with Glass, including content visible on screen when those tools are active.
5. How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, operate Glass, analyze photos and messages, generate AI or software-based results, personalize routines and recommendations, process purchases and subscriptions, respond to support requests, measure performance, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, and improve the service.
6. How We Share Information
We may disclose information to service providers and contractors that help us run Glass, such as providers for authentication, hosting, cloud storage, analytics, session replay, attribution or ad measurement, customer support, notifications, AI or image processing, payments, subscription management, and app-store distribution. We may also disclose information for legal compliance, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, or asset sale.
7. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You can manage camera, photo library, notification, tracking, and Apple Health permissions in your device settings. You can also request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information by emailing allysonaiapp@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising uses. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. Do Not Track and Similar Signals
Glass does not currently respond to browser-based "Do Not Track" signals. Third-party SDKs or partners may collect identifiers and usage data over time and across apps or services for analytics, attribution, or advertising, subject to their own settings and notices.
9. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Glass, maintain your account, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, prevent fraud, and keep required business records. Retention periods vary based on the type of data and how you use the service.
10. Security and Breach Notices
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, but no system can be guaranteed secure. If we learn of a breach that requires notice under applicable law, we will notify affected users and relevant regulators or authorities as required.
11. Children's Privacy
Glass is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review and delete it as required by law.
12. Changes and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required, provide additional notice.
