This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds work for Glass, including Glass subscriptions and skincare products that may be shown or linked from Glass pages.
2. Glass Subscriptions and Digital Services
Glass primarily sells access to digital app features and subscriptions. Digital purchases, subscription changes, cancellations, and refund requests are handled by the payment provider or app store used for the purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Third-Party Skincare Products
Glass may display skincare products, product comparisons, merchant links, or product information to help users evaluate routines. Glass does not currently sell, ship, warehouse, or fulfill physical skincare products directly. When you choose to buy a product from a third-party merchant, that purchase is made with the merchant, not with Glass.
4. Product Returns
Because physical skincare products linked from Glass are sold and fulfilled by third-party merchants, returns, exchanges, damaged-item claims, shipping issues, and product refunds must be requested through the merchant that accepted the order. The merchant's return policy, refund window, item-condition rules, shipping rules, and customer-support process apply.
5. Glass-Owned Physical Products
Glass does not currently offer Glass-owned physical products for direct purchase on tryglassskin.com. If that changes, this policy will be updated before those products are sold with the applicable return window, product condition requirements, refund method, and return shipping process.

If you believe a Glass charge was made in error, or if a product page linked you to the wrong merchant or product, contact us at allysonaiapp@gmail.com. For third-party product orders, include the merchant name and order details so we can help point you to the right support channel, but the merchant remains responsible for order-specific returns and refunds.

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the last-updated date above and post the revised policy on this page.
