These terms govern use of Glass, including account responsibilities, purchases, user content, AI-assisted features, and other core service conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Glass, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms presented in the app. If you do not agree, do not use Glass.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable law to use Glass. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.
3. Glass Services
Glass provides skincare tracking, photo-based progress tools, routine features, wellness context, AI-assisted experiences, and related content. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Pricing, billing intervals, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the applicable app store, payment processor, or subscription provider except where applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Glass, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or infringing content, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app except where law permits, or use Glass in a way that violates law or another person's rights.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of photos, text, routine entries, chat prompts, and other content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve Glass.
7. AI and Medical Disclaimer
Glass may provide automated analysis, AI-generated output, wellness insights, and product or routine suggestions. Those outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. Glass is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Always use your judgment and consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.
8. Intellectual Property
Glass, including our software, design, branding, text, graphics, and other materials we provide, is owned by Allyson Inc or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use Glass under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
9. Third-Party Services
Glass may integrate with or link to third-party services, products, or websites, including identity providers, payment services, app stores, Apple Health, analytics providers, and product merchants. We are not responsible for third-party services or their terms, privacy notices, or content.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Glass if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using Glass at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glass is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allyson Inc and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to Glass.
12. Governing Law, Changes, and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms by posting an updated version in Glass or related services. Your continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
